Policijski službenici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA), postupajući po naredbama Suda BiH i Tužilaštva BiH koje odnose na nedozvoljeno korištenje prava radiodifuzije, su u četvrtak u ulici Put života bb, općina Novo Sarajevo lišili slobode jednu osobu koja je prodavala uređaj za dekodiranje satelitskih signala.
Nakon lišenja slobode izvršen je pretres osumnjičene osobe, te vozila kojim je osumnjičeni upravljao, a zatim i pretres stana, kao i ostalih prostorija i pokretnih stvari na području Sarajeva koje koristi spomenuta osoba.
Tokom ovih aktivnosti pronađeni su i oduzeti predmeti koji se dovode u vezu s izvršenjem predmetnog krivičnog djela - četiri uređaja za dekodiranje satelitskih signala, dva laptopa, dva eksterna hard diska, komponente za traženje i razdvajanje satelitskih signala (LNB i dr.), jedna ručna radio-stanica nepoznate marke, dva mobilna telefona, novac u iznosu od 800,00 KM, te određena dokumentacija koja se odnosi na predmete i radnje izvršenja krivičnog djela.
Osumnjičena osoba lišena je slobode i privedena u službene prostorije SIPA-e radi kriminalističke obrade.
Protiv osumnjičene osobe Tužilaštvu BiH podnesen je izvještaj zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da je počinila krivično djelo - nedozvoljeno korištenje prava radiodifuzije, saopćeno je iz SIPA-e.
