Ja u flashu imam OE2.0 Experimentals DM 500HD od 9/8, a usb mi je formatiran u fat. Mada mislim da nebi trebalo da bude problema i da je u ext3.

Primetio sam kasnije da mi BA prilikom instalacije formatirao usb u ext4.

Nisam vise pametan... na istom image na dm800hd sam probao, sa BA 7.3 i nije radilo. probao i sa BA 7.10 na DreamElite4 ista stvar.

Ostaje jos da probam BA 7.2, mada sumnjam da ce radit. Jel iko probao ovo na DM800hd?

nema problema, hvala, ali test cu uraditi sam, tako cu znati sve sto nedostaje, pa ispraviti, za sada dobro ide beta, i mislim da cu do nedelje zavrsiti konacnu verziju.

I have finally managed to install Barry Allen on Dream Elite 4 OE2 and thought I would detail what I did for other users. This procedure in no way agrees with any information regarding BA that I have researched.

1. Format a USB drive with FAT 32 - I used my Windows PC. Strange to use FAT as BA reformats the drive using Linux ! But if you don't do this BA will not see the drive and tries to install on the hard disk and fails.

2. Put USB drive in the Dreambox. Do NOT mount or initialise or BA will not see the drive and tries to install on the hard disk and fails.

3. Put your images to be used by BA in hdd/backup with DCC, not barryallen/backup or barryallen/backup, or media/barryallen/ba/backup. These directories were not created by Barry Allen 7.3

4. Install Barry Allen 7.3 from blue panel x2, DEplugins. If your USB is correctly formatted and empty, BA will find it and start formatting it again in a different format. Eventually you get a message to say that the install is finished.

5. Reboot Enigma2 and go to BA plugin and choose image wizard from menu. Choose extract images from backup and select an image. Confirm extract and filename with OK twice.

6. The image extract starts with "Don't panic, BA will be back in 5 minutes" After 5 minutes and a reboot you can use the BA menu to choose an image to boot from. At reboot you will see the BA boot menu showing in my case FLASH, OpenPLi, and AAF.

7 As BA does not offer to import your settings from flash into your new images, you will now have no settings, no channels or satellites. It would have been a good idea to first save your settings of your working flash image using DCC and to restore them to your new empty image after boot.
